lilv-utils software package provides library for simple use of LV2 plugins (runtime files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lilv-utils
lilv-utils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lilv-utils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lilv-utils *
You will get with lilv-utils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
